TECHNICAL DIRECTOR / CTO (M/F/X) – Lead AJUSTEO’s Data & Cloud Excellence Permanent Position (CDI) – Paris / Île-de-France – Hybrid

To support our strong growth, AJUSTEO is recruiting a Technical Director. As the right-hand person to management and the ultimate technical reference for our teams, you will champion our technology vision with our clients and our major software partners (Informatica, InterSystems, SAP, Salesforce).

Your key responsibilities:

Vision & Strategy: Define the technology roadmap, develop our offerings (MDM, PIM, Data Platform), and manage relationships and certifications with our software partners.

Architecture & Expertise: Act as a high-level expert during critical phases (scoping, complex architecture, pre-sales) and ensure the quality of deliverables.

Management & Mentoring: Bring the technical team together, lead skills development, and act as the key mentor for our experienced consultants.

The Profile We Are Looking For

  • Technical leader with 10+ years of experience, from a consulting or Data integration background.
  • Strong expertise in MDM / PIM architectures and data integration.
  • Essential expertise in the Informatica ecosystem (IDMC, PowerCenter, MDM). Knowledge of InterSystems or SAP is a strong differentiator.
  • Strong Cloud expertise (AWS, Azure) and the ability to engage with CIOs and IT leadership.
  • Pragmatic, educational, and business-oriented mindset.

INFORMATICA MDM SAAS CONSULTANT (M/F/X) – 360° Data Master Expert Permanent Position (CDI) – Paris / Île-de-France – Hybrid

Ajusteo is strengthening its consulting team to support clients in modernizing their data master repositories and transitioning to the cloud.

Specialists in MDM platforms (Informatica MDM SaaS, Customer 360, Product 360, Supplier 360), we work on high-impact projects involving the design, deployment, and optimization of data repositories that form the foundation of organizations’ digital transformation.

Your responsibilities:

  • Design and model data repositories (Business Entities) and interfaces on the MDM SaaS platform.
  • Define and implement data quality and governance rules using the Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) module.
  • Orchestrate inbound and outbound data flows (CDI and CAI) to ensure reliability and consistency.
  • Support business teams in defining their requirements and adopting the solution.
  • Monitor developments in the MDM SaaS suite and share your expertise within Ajusteo.

Your profile:

  • Proven experience (3 to 7 years) implementing MDM solutions, with expertise in Informatica MDM Multi-Domain Hub.
  • Successful initial experience implementing Informatica MDM SaaS solutions (Customer 360, Product 360, or Supplier 360).
  • Knowledge of CDQ, CDI, and CAI modules for data quality management and flow integration.
  • Strong attention to detail, autonomy, technological curiosity, and excellent team spirit.
  • Informatica certifications (MDM SaaS Foundation/Associate, IDMC) are highly valued.

POWERCENTER / IDMC CONSULTANT (M/F/X) – PowerCenter-to-Cloud Migration Specialist Permanent Position (CDI) – Paris / Île-de-France – Hybrid

Ajusteo is strengthening its consulting team to support clients in modernizing their data systems, with a focus on the strategic transition from PowerCenter to the IDMC cloud platform (Informatica Data Management Cloud).

Specialists in data integration and transformation platforms, we work on high-impact projects involving cloud migration, optimization of existing data flows, and the redesign of data-centric architectures.

Your responsibilities:

  • Analyze PowerCenter Modernization Assessment reports to evaluate complexity and define the migration strategy.
  • Lead and execute the migration of data flows from PowerCenter to IDMC using the Cloud Data Integration for PowerCenter tool.
  • Adapt, optimize, and validate migrated flows on Cloud Data Integration (CDI), ensuring their performance and robustness.
  • Define and apply development and deployment best practices on the IDMC platform.
  • Collaborate with the client’s business and IT teams to ensure a smooth transition with no service interruption.

Your profile:

  • Proven experience (3 to 7 years) in data integration projects, with a specialization in Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Strong command of PowerCenter and significant initial experience with Cloud Data Integration (CDI).
  • Experience with PowerCenter-to-IDMC modernization projects is a major advantage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Autonomy, attention to detail, technological curiosity, and strong team spirit.
  • Informatica certifications (IDMC PC-Mod-Bootcamp Foundation/Associate, etc.) are highly valued.
